My Dream Goal
I am a Class of 2024 student-athlete. My #1 goal is to further my education by attending college, while also living out my dream of playing college football. I have several family members that have played at the Division 1 level and I aspire to follow in their footsteps. My dream is to receive a college education, be drafted and play in the NFL.
About me
Driven, Hard worker, Coachable, Leader.
Something that most people do not know just by looking at me or talking to me is that I am Dyslexic. I worked very hard to overcome my dyslexia diagnosis and not let it define or limit me. As an athlete and as a student, I give 110% to everything that I do. I am driven and push myself harder than anyone else does and I have very high expectations for myself. I am a hard worker and will outwork anyone. I live by the quote, "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard". I am an A/B Student, taking Honors, PreAp, and beginning next year- AP classes. I have received Mastery Designation every year on the Texas STAAR test without taking accommodations. I also pride myself in being coachable. I strive to always be a solid constant player and teammate and am always open to suggestions on how to get better. I respect any time that a trainer or coach takes to spend with me and always make a point to thank them for their time, even when I do not do as well as I'd like. I am honored to be seen as a Leader in my Church youth group, in my classes and on my sport teams. I know when to step in and take the lead and when to allow others the opportunity. I will always encourage and build up those around me. Whether in a game situation, in the weight room, in the classroom or when dealing with a personal problem I will always be an encourager and open door to others.
