Lloyd (Trace) Brinkman III '14 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for looking at my profile. The most important thing to know about me is that I thrive under pressure and I hate to lose.  My primary academic goal is to graduate from a University with a strong Business/Entrepreneurship program.  Take me as a preferred walk-on and know that I will perform when the game is on the line.

My 2013 Senior Season Statistics.

• Kickoff: 59 normal kickoffs - 59.5 yard average - 3.77 second average hang time - 27 touchbacks. Ranked 2nd in tackles on kickoffs.
• Field Goals:  9/14, Long was a 40 yd.  Official record is 8/13 but one was a roughing the kicker penalty that we converted to a touchdown.  3 misses were bad snaps(freshman snapper), one was blocked and one 46 yd kick went wide in a 25 mph crosswind.  I don't miss from 40 and under.  Pressure kicks don't bother me, 5 of the 9 were made in fourth quarter/overtime, 3 were in the last seconds to win against teams we have never beaten in school history - ever.

• Punting: 37 punts for a 36.2 yard average. 13 inside the 20.  My coach likes to punt inside the other teams 50 because he has confidence in my placement.  If you take those out of my average it would be well over 40 yards.  My average hang-time is 4.4 seconds when I am not trying to place balls.
