Hello Recruiters! My name is Niklas "Scotty" Brady, a Senior at Newman Smith Highschool in Carrollton Texas. I have been playing tackle football since I was 8 years old, with many select teams and tournaments growing up. I play Offensive Line (mainly tackle and guard), and have been selected twice as a 2nd team All-District player during my Junior and Senior seasons. I also made the ELITE All-State Academic team, one of the 66 football players in the ENTIRE state of Texas (out of 167,000 students) to get this achievement. I tore my ACL and MCL at the last game of my Junior season, requiring me to bounce back and find resilience to persevere through the mentally and physically exhausting time at physical therapy. This, combined with my coachability, allowed me to fight back for my spot and most importantly get the All-District Nomination.
I play football not just for the love of the game, but also for the comradery I find with teammates that build bonds that will last a lifetime. Football is not just a sport to me, it`s family.
