Markus Jones '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6' 4 outside linebacker / defensive end, my 40 yard dash time is 4.6 and a vertical over 31 inches, my GPA is a 3.9. I am in the top 8.6 percentage of my graduating class of 2014. My dream after I finish high school is to go to college playing football or doing track and field. I will make an immediate impact on the team that chooses me, I have great leadership skills and a don't quit attitude.My promise to my parents is to exceed beyond anyone I compete with and with the grace of God I can and will do that.I Love football because it teaches me leadership,confidence and how to motivate my team mates as a team captain. All of these qualities I have and are very passionate about in my lifestyle.

I have been playing football since I was four years old, and I love it. I also enjoy track and field as well because, since middle school I have grown a passion for the high jump competition and until now so far I have jumped 6' 6 inches.

As of 10/16/2013 according to maxpreps.com I am ranked #1 in the state of Texas in my position as a outside linebacker for quarter back sacks .
