The thing that separates me the most from other prospects, is my leadership and confidence in tough situations. I understand that a quarterback without strong leadership, won't be acceptable. Being mentally strong is just as important as being physically tough. As a quarterback, I have come to the understanding that everyone is looking up to you and watching how you manage yourself on and off the field. I personally love the way Russell Wilson conducts himself on the field and in the public eye. I look up to him and make every effort to model my leadership style after Russell.
My dreams and aspirations are extremely high, because I have made a decision to never settle for less in life when you can work harder to achieve better in life. A quote I like to live by, is one that Russell Wilson's father used to tell him, "Why not you, Russ?" It speaks volumes to my conscience, so I ask myself "Why not me?"
I made a decision to never take the easy road when it comes to academics. I work hard and push myself to be the best that I can be. I was part of the Keller ISD Gifted and Talented Program and will graduate with a Recommended Diploma, which requires Advance Placement Courses. I take pride in my 3.8 GPA and plan to pursue a finance degree, in preparation for a business career in the near future. It's a blessing to play the sport of football, and I plan to use the gifts and talents God gifted me with to glorify his name, God Bless.
