Jeremiah Smith '16 Recruiting Profile

Football hasn't always been apart of my life, I started playing at the age of 7,because a friend in class said I should come to one of his team practices and every since that first practice I fell in love with the game of football. I've played every since then and I pray that I will get to play at the next level and get a great education.

 I push myself to be the best on and off the field, I've been a starter on varsity since freshman year, I can play anywhere on the field wherever my coach chooses to put me I've played inside linebacker,outside linebacker,defensive end,fullback,and wide receiver throughout my high school career. No matter where I'm put on the field I will give you the best of my ability and will never give up.

I push myself even harder in the classrooms,because I know without a good education you can't get far in life. I maintain good grades and I have a 3.0 gpa at the time,but I'm always working harder to get my grades and gpa up.

 I love working with children, I'm in a teacher intern class and we go to an elementary school and I teach my class that is assigned to me which is 1st graders and I help them with their work. I also do volunteer work at the goodwill and help out with relays in the community. I just love giving back to the community in any shape or form I can.
