Bailey McMillan '16 Recruiting Profile

Winning is a major focus of any football team and is something I have repeatedly showed more than capable of doing. I have been blessed with talent like many others, I understand that talent isn't enough. Hard work is what drives true champions, something I aspire to be wherever I play. I have hunger to show that I can grow and compete at the college level, not only physically but the mental aspect of the quarterback position.  When the game is on the line and it matters most, I want to be the guy with the ball in his hands, the player his teammates and coaches trust.  This is something I know that is earned, not given, and I will work hard to obtain.  I also work very hard in the classroom, maintaining a 3.7 GPA, while also being in many duel-credit and advanced placement classes, I'm still near the top of my class.  Winning, commitment, and a desire to be great are something I can promise to any coach or team that gives me the opportunity.
