What makes me different? What makes one human being different from another is not what one does, it is not how it gets done, but what one is made of. Determination, biting the bullet, even when you know it is going to hurt and you just take it and come back for more, that builds character. Loyalty, being there for someone even if it is 2 am and they call, you listen, that builds character. My personal favorite is being the smartest person you can be by studying and being responsible with school work, knowing what the teacher is talking about in class, knowing how you rank compared to the rest of the class, this builds my character. I have grit and enough perseverance to play college football and finish my degree.

- Football University’s Southeast Texas camp will take place from Jun 6-8, 2014, at Northland Christian School. FBU is the nation’s most exclusive and elite football camp experience. Although FBU does have an invitation-only policy, due to the elite level of training and athletes.

- Texas Showcase Combines is an Austin, Texas based group of individuals who have a passion for youth and high school football players on a mission to become better football players through testing and competition. The football combine is more than just a combine; it's an event that allows youth and high school "football" players a chance to get their key football tests verified by a professional, objective 3rd party company to provide to prospective high school and college coaches. They don't stop there; they allow these players to showcase their ball skills in highly organized and safe 1 on 1 and 7 on 7 drills. Our combines are attended by not only the top high school recruiting services e.g. Rivals, 247sports & others but also DII, DIII, NAIA and Junior College coaches to get an up close and personal view of these athletes. We are proud to also partner with former NFL & college athletes to share their experiences with the combine players on the importance of education, community involvement and insight into the recruiting process that will help them maximize their recruiting experience.

- Nike Football SPARQ Combines are free of charge and open to Class of 2015 graduates and top underclassmen high school football players looking to showcase their ability as well as top 7th and 8th grade football athletes. Top performers will be eligible for selection to later Nike Football Training Camps as well as even possibly The Opening which takes place this summer at the Nike World Headquarters.

- Blue Chip Recruiting Roundup tour will kickoff again this January with workshops around the state of Texas. For the 11th year Randy Rodgers, recruiting consultant for both Dave Campbell’s Texas Football magazine and Fox Sports-Southwest, will hold workshops for the Class of 2015/2016 and their parents. Prospects will have an opportunity to learn more about the college football recruiting process and how they can best maximize it for themselves. BCRR program for the first time ever is EXPANDING TO INCLUDE SOPHOMORES.
