In the classroom, I pay much attention to my teachers and focus on my school assignments and homework. Whenever I'm in need of preparing or I'm struggling with a subject, I go to my teacher(s) after or before school for extra help.
If i had to describe myself in one word I would use adaptable. My adaptability has been displayed throughout my high school years, evident by my coaches routinely using my talents playing multiple positions on both sides of the ball.
After an outstanding performance during the first game of my sophomore year on Junior Varsity, I was immediately moved to play on Varsity. Although I was given the opportunity to play with the Varsity team, my coaches changed my position from Safety because they felt talent would be more useful as an Outside Linebacker. It was an uncomfortable assignment because I had spent so much time preparing, but I trusted them, proved that I was coachable, and willing to do whatever was in the best interest of my team.
My personal goal is to be a part of a collegiate team, bringing the same adaptability and productive attitude; willingly to do the extraordinary to be great. My drive is contagious, allowing those around me to want to push themselves harder as well.
