As an only child, football has given me an opportunity to be a part of a brotherhood both on and off the field. I have been playing football since I was 6 years old, and now as a senior in high school, I want to make every effort to prepare myself for opportunities at the collegiate level. At the high school level, I have played at both the middle and outside linebacker positions, however I classify myself as an athlete that could be an asset at strong safety and even on the offensive side of the ball. I am team player with dedication and drive. I have a strong work ethic and I am both instinctive and coachable.
Outside of the field I have maintained honor roll. I am currently holding a 3.5 GPA and am taking both advanced and dual credit courses. I am involved in a mentorship program (PAALS) with the school, and I volunteer regularly outside of school. I hope to continue my education by majoring in Sports Medicine and/or Kinesiology. I hope that I am given an opportunity to connect further with you to demonstrate my talents both athletically and academically.
