Noah Switzer '17 Recruiting Profile

A little bit about me.  I transferred over to La Porte High School my Junior year and had to play JV ball based on UIL transfer rules.  I establish myself as a dominant player and earned the starting DE spot my senior year.  My coaches were incredible mentors and I gave them 110%.  I made an immediate impact and only got better as the season progressed.  We had one of the most dominant seasons in the history of La Porte Bulldog football.  Our team was undefeated in conference play, we are the 2017 District Champs, and made it to the 2nd Round of the Texas 6A Playoffs. 

I've been at this football thing since 2004. Since 2004 I've played many different positions, fullback, tight end, most recently middle linebacker, & now defensive end. There isn't anything that compares to the love I have for the game of football. I'm much more than your average physical football player. My ability to read players and to adjust has only gotten better which I believe adds to my game more than people realize. I spend hours studying film seeing what I can do to make my game stronger & more solid. My goal is to always give my team all I have and do whatever it takes to get the win. I believe I can be an asset to any team if given the chance. I'm coach-able, I'm competitive, I'm a hard worker & I'm dedicated and would love nothing more than the opportunity to continue my football journey as well as my education at the next level.
