My name is Roland Kennedy and I am a Junior at Cornerstone Christian Academy in Mckinney TX. It is my aspiration and dream to play college football partnered with a college education. In my 6 years of football I have learned to play an array of positions: Center, Long-snapper, Cornerback, Defensive End, Running-back. However, I specialize in Slot Receiver, Kick Returner, and Safety. I run a 4.8 40 yard dash and a 4.8 5-10-5 shuttle. In Football’s off-season I enjoy playing other sports to include Basketball, Baseball, Track and Field, and Golf. This allows me to experience diverse coaching and continue to condition for the following Football season.
Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed engaging in Physical Education and the sciences. Also, my years in and out of foster care have led me to want to study psychology so I can help counsel children in similar situations. I would like to pursue my career in the field of sports science, education/coaching, or family therapy.
