JACKSON BARRY '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been raised by a hard working single mom, who has taught me to take pride in everything I do.  If it is school work, athletic work or home chores I believe you should complete the task with your best efforts otherwise your wasting your time.   I am not sure why, I haven't figured it out yet, but I tend to fall into the leadership roles on my athletic teams.  My Mom says it is God's plan for me.  I am still not sure how it happens, but I no longer questioned it, I just try to keep team motivated and focused on the task at hand.   I am also a BIG believer in practice makes perfect!!  My coaches often tell me that I have a work ethic like no other.   I am willing to work hard in order to become the best me there is and achieve my goals.  My goal is to play football at the college level.   I want to study Leadership/Management with a minor in History at college.  The minor in History is more for fun.  I like reading and learning about History because I think I can learn from their mistakes and missed opportunities.
