Jason Florez '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jason Florez from Muleshoe TX I play on my high school team and consider myself a great asset to the team. Just to tell you a little bit about myself, I am a wide receiver, kick and punt returner and also play some corner on defense. I began playing on Varsity my sophomore year, was named all-district receiver 2 years in a row and honorable mention all-state receiver 2015. I work hard on and off the field and continually strive for improvement. My biggest contribution to the team is my ability to make big plays in moments that matter most, I am a leader and strive to encourage others. As a student, I am working to improve my GPA which is currently at 3.0058. I recently took my ACT and scored 21. I am a member of FFA and have excelled in Ag and welding. I not only want to play at the college level but would love to Coach at the college level. I plan to increase my size, gain speed and work on my mechanics so that I can improve my skills and overall agility. I am ambitious and competitive and hope to make my dreams a reality.
