Joshua Williams '15 Recruiting Profile

I am blessed to be one of the nation’s top kickers in the Class of 2015; earning the rank of #7 in the nation by Kohl's Kicking. In the Fall of 2013, I was 7-10 on FGs with a long of 50 yds.  I averaged 63.5 yds on 31 kickoffs; including 25 touchbacks.  Playing soccer in high school, I have been selected 1st Team All District the last two years (the only underclassmen selected my Freshman year). Academically, I am ranked 3rd out of 622 students in my class. I have an overall GPA of 4.75 (4.0 on a 4.0 scale). I sat for the SAT in the Fall of 2013 and scored 1970.  I plan to take focused training to improve my SAT score and sit for the ACT in the Spring of 2014.  I was awarded the most prestigious award at Rowlett High School three years in a row - All RHS. This award, nominated by my teachers, is presented to the student who exemplifies high academic achievements, exhibits leadership and is a role model to others. I was also voted Most Admired and Most Handsome by my classmates. I was raised with the core values of faith, integrity and hard work. I embrace these core values to challenge myself academically and athletically.
