The first thing I would bring to the program would be a positive attitude and commitment. I am adaptable to different situations, which enables me to adjust and step up when my teammates need me most. Another attribute I bring is my desire to work on my craft and review film, while expanding my knowledge of the game. I know how to apply my communication skills to facilitate between players and coaches building the team culture and shared mutual goals. Other attributes, I would also carry into the program would be self-discipline, self-motivation, and self-confidence. Furthermore, would be my willingness to take criticism and be coachable, while not underestimating nor overestimating my abilities; knowing that there is always room for improvement. Also, my inner perfectionist wants to be the best at delivering the football in the perfect spot with perfect timing. Lastly, would be my competitive instinct and willingness to fight to ensure that whatever the outcome is, I know that I have given it my all.
