Growing up I was always the smaller kid. I had to work harder to become faster and stronger than the bigger guys and had to prove myself, being able to do this shower me how to overcome any obstacle through hard work. I found myself receiving many opportunities because of my work ethic and determination. I visualize college to be a period of personal growth, reflection and experience. My goal is to accomplish a degree as a biology major that will benefit me for my acceptance into medical school. On the field, I am an explosive player and have a positive influence on the team. Peer pressure does not influence me as I am an independent thinker. As I grow in both physically and mentally throughout the remainder of my high school career I will focus on the important goals of playing college football and becoming a productive member of society. I will strive to be an asset in the community, to my school and to the football team. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with respect and honor on and off the field, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
