John Rowell '13 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to continue to play football at the next level, I've worked hard to get to where I'm at today and I will continue to work to be better tomorrow than I am today. I dream of playing in the NFL one day, I love the game and as long as I have the passion for the sport and stay physically strong I will play football. Football is in my blood, my Dad was a four year letterman at Baylor as a DL and I think he may have had me sleeping with a football right after I was born. When I'm on the field I finish the block well, I will drive you 40 yards down the field then bury you in the turf, I can be your worst nightmare, I wrap up good, lay out well and will embarrass you to no end if given just a small chance. I would like to Major in Construction Management or Physical Education. When I go to college my top values are to get my degree, be a good student, be the very best football player that I can be and be a leader on the team and win a national championship. My value for the game is greater than anything that may compromise my ability to be the very best I can possibly be on and off of the field.
