Caden Downing '26 Recruiting Profile

2023-2024 Sophomore season: 7v7 State Qualifier. Voted as a Captain. All-District Honorable Mention. Defensive starter and helped our team advance Round 3 - Regional Semifinals.

Although it wasn't a state title, it helped me grow and become the athlete I am today. Started the season with new coaches and teammates and grew those relationships into playoff wins. This experience helped me grow as not only an athlete, but a person. My number 1 goal is to compete at the college level.

I am a versatile player and have learned to play multiple positions throughout my high school career. Safety, Corner, Wide Receiver, and Special Teams. This I feel can be beneficial to college programs. I'm looking for a program where I can be a good fit both athletically and academically. I believe I have the talent to compete for a college team, but also the characteristics that come with that.  I know I have the ability to be a leader for your program.
