I love everything about football! I fell in love with the game as a kid and my passion has grown each year. Football is a way of life in my family. My younger brother is a QB and my Dad is a coach! I am a student of the game, I have a high football IQ, and I watch football film every spare minute that I have.
There are three things you need to know about my approach to the game.
I am committed to team success. This is influenced by the fact that I am the oldest of five children. I am used to being a trailblazer and trying new things. As the oldest of 5 kids, I understand what it means to be a part of team.
The second is that I play for a homeschool football team. Because of this, I embrace adversity and love being an underdog. Most teams we face, only play us when they think they can beat us. I have gotten used to being underestimated by my opponents.
The last factor is that the last two years, we have lost the National Homeschool Football Association’s Division I National Championship in the last minute of the game by three points. Those hard losses have fueled my passion for growth and commitment to excellence in the details.
These factors have formed me into being an intense and physical player on the field who gives 100% every play. My academic goals include maintaining a 4.0 GPA through high school and into college and increasing my SAT and ACT scores as much as possible.
