Hello Coach my name is Payne Sullins. I attend Reicher Catholic High School in Waco, Texas. I have been a 4 year varsity player and started full time as a junior and senior. I have been the Next Level Athlete QB MVP as well as playing in the 2013 Tom Hillary all star classic. I have been a U.S. Army National combine invite an a FBU Top Gun Alumni. I have been striving to reach the next level since I was a boy and I believe I have what it takes. I work very hard to achieve my goals and I believe this can be seen in my performance on and off the field. I would love to play anywhere in the country and would not shy away from any coach or opportunity to play. Please do not hesitate to call or email me at [email protected] or my coach Mark Waggoner at [email protected].
