I am Kayson Schiess. I am the oldest in my family and I have 3 younger siblings. I began playing football in 5th grade. I loved playing. For my first three years of playing I played for the same team. I had the same coaches and the same teammates. When I was in 8th grade I moved. Every year since then, I have moved to a new school and I have had to learn from new Coaches and learn to work with new teammates. I am very good at adapting to my circumstances and I am able to apply all of the things that I have learned from all of my teams. Moving as many times as I have has also given me the opportunity to meet a lot of people and grow with each different place we have lived. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I worked hard in my scouting program and I achieved my arrow of light. Through playing football, I have learned that I can work well with others. If I put my mind to it, I can achieve big goals. Some of my high school academic goals are to have a steady GPA of 3.5 or higher. I want to get College credits by taking AP classes my senior year of High School. My college academic goals are to stay focused on my learning and achieve a GPA of a 3.5 or higher. I would like to get more involved in the community and in my high school through service. I plan to letter in football. Some of my unique qualities that set me apart from other players include my drive to succeed and my willingness to do what it takes to achieve my goals.
