****Note: I've been playing organized football since I was 7 years old. I can play virtually any position, I have primarily focused on LB/Rover/SS lately. I have a high football I.Q., with the ability to anticipate, see, act, and move quickly. I'm a sure tackler, and extremely coachable. I have been the MVP on my previous teams for many seasons. I have played in countless all-star games, I live in the gym, I'm a model student athlete, I have never done any drugs, or alcohol. I don't even get out much. Football is my life and just want to be great!****
My collegiate goals are to play college football, I have good grades, but undecided on a career path other than football.
What makes me a good candidate is that I set personal goals that at times seem to be impossible, but grind like hell to reach them anyways. I also strive to be the most hardworking player and lead by example.
What makes me different than other recruits is that, I am extremely coach-able, almost like puddy, in your hands… You can mold me into whatever you need me to be, while being open to feedback. I thrive on feedback, and constructive criticis. I will continue to work hard in an attempt to make the necessary adjustments to improve as a player on the field, and in the classroom.
I feel the characteristics that make me different, is I'm not trying to be someone else. I'm just trying to be myself, and do all of my talking with my pads and with my performance on and off the field. I don’t get into all the social media hype, I put my head down and, grind, grind, grind.
What makes me different in athletics, is I don’t like to gamble with my decisions when I’m on the field. I like to do my job, and be reliable. I want to be someone that my coaches and teammates can always depend on.
What makes me different in academics, is my willingness to grind in the classroom. I am not that kid that aces every test. I really need to work at it, which ultimately makes me a hard worker.
I have an old school attitude, and one of my favorite quotes that I live by is from one of my all-time favorite athletes; Lyle Alzado,
“If me and King Kong went into an alley, only one of us would come out... And it wouldn't be the monkey.”
God Bless!
