The most influential time of my high school career so far has been going in for our injured starting QB my freshman year in the State Championship game. Although that experience gave me a taste of playing at the Varsity level, being assigned as the starting QB the very next year as a Sophomore was the year where I did most of my learning. I got in game experience and learned how to deal with adversity. Losing in the first round of playoffs my Sophomore year helped me realize the hunger I have for winning for whatever team I am playing for. I started playing football in 5th grade and have loved it ever since. Through the years I have learned that hard work really does pay off, as I started out as a lineman in elementary school but through dedication made myself in the QB I am today. I strive to keep myself in the top 20 of my class, and hope to find a college that is the right fit for me academically, and athletically. I believe that I have the talent to compete at the college level and also exemplify certain characteristics on and off the field that will allow me to have success. I can bring leadership, work-ethic, and composure to a college team, all values that are critical for a Quarterback to have at the next level.
