I have been a fan of the game of football all my life. It wasn't until my sophomore year that I decided to tryout for the high school team. My desire and drive earned me a varsity spot my first year on the team as the starting kicker. where I went 52 of 58 on combined attempts for extra points and field goals. Coming from a divorced family and living with my dad I have spent a lot of time helping around the house with my two brothers who both have disabilities. Playing football is my time to escape and do something that I love to do. Playing for my high school team has been a dream for me. My first year we went to the state championships but unfortunately lost in double overtime. Losing that game has shown me that I must work hard to achieve my dreams because nothing in life is given to you. I took two weeks off and then got right back onto the field and continued working. I never want a game to be lost because I couldn't make a kick. I have been invited to many prestigious camps such as the Kohls future stars camps and Chris Sailer Vegas camp. We were also lucky enough to receive an invite to Hammer kicking academy's top 40 camp last year and have also been extended an invite this year as well. I sincerely hope that my hard work and efforts will one day pay off with an opportunity to kick for a college team. My goal is to play college football and obtain a college degree in a subject that I am passionate about. I maintain a good GPA and hope to find a school that fits me both athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. Than you for taking the time to review my profile.
