My name is David Allio. I am a 6'5" 280 pound senior. I began my varsity career at North Stafford High School in Stafford, VA. I now attend Rockbridge County High School in Lexington, VA. I currently play on both sides of the line. I am a starter at offensive tackle and defensive end. I have experience at all offensive line positions. Last year I was named 1st team all district offensive guard and defensive end. I was named 2nd team all region offensive line. Last season my defensive stats were: 34 solo tackles, 60 combined tackles, 9 tackles for a loss, 3 forced fumbles, 1 interception, and 1 touchdown. I am a hardworking and motivated student athlete. I take challenging classes and have maintained 3.52 GPA. In addition to football, I also wrestle. As a junior, I placed second at the state tournament at heavyweight. During the school closure, I have worked 35 hours each week. I have been self-motivated to continue working out and doing everything I can to get prepared for next season. I look forward to being a leader on the team and a role model for younger student athletes. I plan to attend college and then pursue a career in criminal justice. It is important for me to serve my community in some capacity. I feel that my leadership skills, problem solving abilities, and work ethic will allow me to be an excellent college athlete and student.
