Austin Gaines '23 Recruiting Profile

Pretty much all my life i've been playing football and I still have that same passionate spirit and love for the game til this day. With countless days of training and improving i've developed great feetwork and ball skills. Although I'd have to say I take pride in my great instincts and awareness which goes great with me playing wide reciever and defensive back. I'm coachable and able to be depending which resulted in me being voted captain of the whole atlee football program and pretty much never coming off the field on friday nights, with a work ethic second to none.

Off the field I work two jobs, working at wawa on the weekends and having a very succesful landscaping business keeps me busy. I enrolled in summer school as well for credit purposes which puts me on track for college.

My college plans is to enroll in a university that will better me as a student, athlete, and young adult. I am open to all options and desire to eventually find the college best fit for me. I am a great role model by leading by example and being a very encouraging and uplifting teammate. I label a great teammate as being "easy to play with hard to play against" and with that being said I take pride with labeling myself a great teammate.
