My first ever year on the Varsity football team as an 8th grader we won the state championship (2013). Then my sophomore year was my breakout season, and my team dominated and won the state championship again (2014). Since then our program has continued to thrive at Roanoke Catholic High School. Currently our team is 21-0 with another State Championship earned this past year (2017). I am excited to have these experiences and understand they are special. I also understand what it takes to be a student athlete and what hard work can do not only on the football field, but also in the classroom. My academic goals throughout high school are to earn and maintain grades that will help me succeed in college and in life. My coach preaches respect, hard work, teamwork, leadership and sacrifice. I feel I possess all of those characteristics which are all very important to me. Although I don't know for sure exactly what I want to do with the rest of my life, I am excited to explore the possibilities. I do know for sure I want to continue to play football in college, continue to contribute to a team, and challenge myself. As my senior year approaches, I am looking forward to becoming a leader for our team, both on and off the field, and of course getting my 4th ring.
