Steven Warren Jr. '24 Recruiting Profile

I am going into my senior year of high school and grateful to be QB1 for the Fall 2023 season. My Junior year I was named All-Wesco 3A 1st Team QB. This was an exciting moment for me, being that Fall 2022 was my first year as the starting QB for Varsity. This was also my first time not playing both sides of the ball, but I understood my coach's decision and took on this leadership role with 100% commitment. Fall 2022 I was one of the top passers for all of Wesco. Falling short to the number 4 team in WA State at the end of my Junior season during playoffs only pushes me to become a bigger threat on the field. 

My freshman year in high school I was the starting QB and CB for our Freshman team and had the opportunity to suit up for Varsity. My sophomore year, I was the backup QB to a senior and starting CB on defense. I received an award for the 3A South All Wesco 2nd Team Defensive Cornerback for the 2021 season. 

Having had my entire youth focused around academics and sports has given me a clear understanding that to be the best, you must train, study, and work hard in every aspect of your life.  My academic goals are to maintain a 3.8+ GPA, to experience leadership and volunteer opportunities, and to determine what major I will study postsecondary. As a multi-sport athlete, I not only have the talent to compete at a college level, but I know I have the leadership skills, the work ethic, and the basketball knowledge to be a huge impact on your program!
