I will graduate from high school with my associates degree, through the Running Start program. I am a member of our schools Knowledge Bowl team.
I will be the only one in my class to earn our schools Iron Man award. As I have participated in all three sports( football, basketball and baseball) offered by our school for all 4 years of school. I have actually played all three varsity teams as an 8th grader, as our school allows 8th grade to play varsity, so my Iron man will be fro 5 years.
I am the starting Quarterback for the Quilcene Rangers. I have a 15-1 record. Our team took 3rd in state this year, and we anticipate doing even better next year. I believe that being the Quarterback places me in a leadership role. I take this very seriously both on the field and off. I always try and lead by example in all that I do. This reflects in my grades, in my Stats, and I believe in my teammates, peers, coaches, teachers and parents opinion of me.
I am the youngest of 5 boys in my family and number 7 of 8 kids. I have wonderful support from my siblings. I can say that my Mom and Dad are the greatest. They have always been my biggest advocates and have taught me to set goals and work hard to achieve them. They have held me and my siblings to high standards in all that we do, while also allowing us to be kids. I am fortunate to come from such a great family. I strive hard to make sure I am someone they can all be proud of.
Given the opportunity to further my play, I would represent my team, my college with dignity, determination and outstanding Character.
Thank you
