Personal Statement

My name is Leland Weingart and I attend Shoreland Lutheran High School in the class of 2018. Football has always been a big part of my life and it is my dream to play beyond high school in the collegiate level. I’m a very hardworking player in practice and in games. I am full of motivation and strive to get better every day. I’ve been playing football since second grade. I have a lot of knowledge of the game, and am able to make the smartest play decisions out on the field. I have been great with my academics as well, being towards the top of my class, and have been on the honor roll every semester in grade school and in high school. Playing college football would be an honor and I am determined to make that happen.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
