I am searching for a college that will be perfect for me academically and will allow me to develop further as a athlete. I would like to go to a college that will let me work toward the degree I desire and prepare me for work outside of school. I have a different character from other recruits because after my 8th grade year, I transferred from a school where I saw little opportunity to a school with a great deal of opportunity. I went up to my parents one day and told them that I want to go to a school where I will thrive with successful programs instead of being at a school with less team success. Going from a small school where I knew everybody to a large school where I knew nobody was the most challenging thing I have had to overcome. I am also different than most recruits because when I am faced with adversity, I will overcome it. I went from splitting time at quarterback my junior year and only throwing for 600 yards and 6 touchdowns to winning the starting spot my senior year and throwing for 2,100 yards and 29 touchdowns while rushing for 6 more. My character is different from a lot of other players. I show a lot of character because I haven't missed one practice in 4 years of football, 3 years of basketball, and 3 years of baseball. That shows that I am determined and want to get better as a player. From a academic standpoint, I am better than most recruits because I was on honor roll every year of my high school career.
