Personal Statement:

My name is Pedro Lázaro Valdecantos and I started playing Basketball when I was 8 years old. Since that moment, my dream has always been to become a pro basketball player. 

After playing my early years in a couple of local teams (division III) I was called by several clubs and ended playing this last season in a club called Spanish Basketball Academy U16 Division I, which is the best league in Spain and we got 3rd of Madrid classified for the Spanish National Championship. We couldn't go due to a regulation the Spanish National Federation had established. During my year in SBA I did a very good season so I had offers from all the teams in Madrid except Real Madrid. This season I have decided to  play in BTorrelodones U18 Division 1 in the best league of Spain which is as well one of the best leagues in Europe. My expectations are to grow as a player, giving the best of me to the make the team stronger.
