I want to be able to decide what career path I actually want to pursue. I want to stay focused in all areas related to college/sports. I feel like I would be a good candidate for a team because I will give 100 percent, I have a great work ethic, I can get along with everyone, I am very coachable. I am constantly striving to get better. I can take constructive criticism well. I am a team player and am an encourager to others. I am pretty quick in transition and run the court well. I have a good eye when it comes to passing lanes/court vision. I feel I bring to the table a drive that comes from deep within. I would not say I am a natural athlete, back in 6th/7th grade I sat the bench a lot. That set a fire in me because I was not content being a bench warmer so I worked hard to where from 8th grade on I was a starter and even played both JV and Varsity my 9th grade year. My school closed at the end of my 9th grade year so I had to change schools and being the new kid I had to embrace my role in a new position. My build-not being a real big guy you wouldn't expect me to do well in the paint but most of my points are made from inside the paint. I have had the highest percentage of rebounds for the last 2 years as well. I have also played football from 6th grade up through this year, but we ended up not having enough people for a varsity team, but I still wanted to see the JV team be successful so I help coach the wide receivers everyday after school. The main goal is for the team to be successful.
