Joey Pupillo '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'0 guard from Addison Illinois, however about five years ago my family and I moved to Gilbert Arizona. I have started all my years on varsity at Chandler Preparatory Academy. I have unique leadership skills and I was named Captain as a junior. I received First Team All-Region two years in a row and I received Defensive Player of the Year this year. I pride myself on my toughness and grit I displayed by the number of charges I took this year. I shoot the ball at a very high level, but I am not just a shooter, I can handle the ball and get my team to run offense as well. I have an unweighted GPA of 3.3. I am looking for an institution with high academics as well as competitive athletics. I would like to pursue a college with a good reputation in Physcology. In the perfect situation I would be somewhere where I can make an instant impact on the team. I believe a DII or NAIA school would be my best fit, however I will absolutely be interested in high academic DIII schools.
