Personal Statement

My goals when I become a collegiate student athlete are to obtain my degree with straight A's, and to earn the respect of my coaches, teammates, and everyone involved with the team and the university. I'm a perfect candidate for your team because I truly put the team before myself, but I understand even more when I don't play up to my greatest potential it can be a detriment to the team. I'm not just looking for my success, but more importantly I'm looking for my teammates to be successful as well. I feel like I'm different from other recruits because I truly strive to honor:

It's so challenging to honor these goals yet nothing is more rewarding than facing them and learning from them every day.
