Eli Mitchell '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Eli Mitchell. I am a 14yr. old 9th grader  starting on the senior team at Legacy Academy. In February 2022 at the jr. high state championship game, I stole the ball with three seconds left and made the winning layup with .8 seconds left. This was our schools first championship ever. I won the year end Best Defensive Effort award for our team in the 8th grade. I was the HCAA jr. high state champion for all classes for three states in shot put last year in 2022. This year I am the captain of the jr. high basketball team. I have played in 26 senior games and 16 junior high games so far this year averaging 12 points a  game for each. I have taken at least 24 successful charges in senior high games alone this year. I earned a black belt in Youn Wha Ryu Taekwondo in 2022 after studying for seven years.
