I started playing basketball when I was seven years old and have loved the game ever since. I am always trying to improve and get better at every aspect of my game. I have always played against older kids all my life as I like to be challenged. I try to be a leader both on and off the court as I strive to be a good student as well as an athlete. I like to think I have a high basketball IQ and make good decisions and am very coachable as well. I like to create off the dribble using my ball handling skills as well as a quick first step. I would have to say though that the best part of my game is shooting as I try to get up 300-500 shots a day.
Both of my parents are very highly-educated. My mom has a Masters Degree in Educational Administration and my dad is a C.P.A. and played college baseball in Kansas as well as Florida and even had a tryout with the Toronto Blue Jays!
I want to play basketball at the highest level so I can reach my full potential as I want to go as far as possible. In addition I want to maintain a high G.P.A. and earn a business degree. Tom Kuyper met with me and my family for my recruiting evaluation and told me that I have high potential both athletically and academically but need to keep working hard to achieve these goals.

- Scott is a combo guard with solid all-around skills. He handles it well and makes very timely passes on a consistent basis. He makes a lot of plays in transition and shows a nice hesitation move to get to the basket and finish. He shoots it well with deep range, has a solid pull up game and a nice looking floater shot. Scott is a little slender and could use some bulk/strength.
