Greetings To Whom It May Concern: my name is Ekene Annie-Okorafor, I am a hardworking individual adapted from my mother, a strong Nigerian queen who has taught me many life lessons that have translated towards my game. I pride myself on how I act towards others; everywhere I step foot in not only am I representing myself, but my family, my team, and God. I have established myself to be a respectful man even when I am pushed to my limit, this translates with my coachable attributes and positive attitude towards this game. I’ve learned having a positive attitude towards this game of basketball has made the game flow more easier and allow me to have a passion for it. I’ve also always prided myself on being ‘More Than An Athlete’ as long as I can remember education has been very important to me. Having a challenge and not being regular is what I strive to be, being placed in Honors all my life and Advanced Placement (AP) classes once I entered high school to being placed within the top of my class in the International Baccalaureate Program (IB). Ever since I was younger playing basketball in college and studying a major of my choice has been a main goal in my life, I'm prepared for the challenge with a head-on mindset and ecstatic to see where I will land in this next phase of my life.
