When I was eight years old, my parents asked me if I wanted to take a break from soccer and try another sport. I looked at them with wide eyes and replied, "Soccer is my life."
Soccer has been part of my life since I was four years old. To me, soccer is not just a sport where you kick around a ball with your friends or teammates; soccer is a lifestyle. Without soccer, I would be a completely different person. It has given me leadership qualities, listening skills, focus and determination.
With those qualities in place, I am dedicated to putting the time and effort into my athletics, just as I did when gaining my Second Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo in 2015, as well as my education. I will never give anything less than 110% into both soccer and my college classes, making me an ideal fit for a college environment.
All of my collegiate goals do not just focus on soccer. I hope to get a great education, while also playing college ball which is why I will study hard to earn my way into a good college. My long-term college goal as far as soccer goes is to play for a competitive team and become a starter before my senior year.
