DefensePersonal Statement
Hard work and commitment have been keys to my success in both academics and athletics. I am often recognized as one of hardest "workers" on every team I've been a participant. My goal is to work hard enough in practice that competition appears "slower" during a game. I've been fortunate to have coaches and mentors who have instilled this work ethic early in my athletic experiences. I also believe that defense is, at least, as important to the game as offense. So, I will never be a player that only plays on half of the court. Similarly, my team will always have my full commitment - on the court and off. Whatever is needed for success, my coach and my team can count on me to be "all in."
