My long term goals are simple at my age (15). Get a college degree in my chosen field, play basketball for that college, live a good and honest life. Simple words that have a ton of work and dedication behind them. I could have all the talent in the world but without the hard work behind it, I'm not likely to go far which is why I put 100% effort into everything I do. Currently I go to school and work hard at good grades, I play sports and work really hard at being the best I can be. However, the hardest thing I do, is working on being the best version of myself. I participate in youth group on Wednesdays, I make sure I'm a great example both on and off the court and I try hard not to compromise the things I believe in. I do that by making every decision based on my future rather than my "right now" which is not an easy thing to do. Mainly though, I try and appreciate what I have and what I'm working toward.
