I began playing club volleyball when I was 11 years old and played my first three (3) club seasons with Mile High Volleyball club out of Lake Arrowhead, CA. In 2017, I decided that I wanted to play at a higher level of competition and moved to Forza1 North out of Ontario, CA. At Forza1, I've played on their national level teams the past 3 seasons and will play on the Forza1 North 18-UA-Brittney team for the 2019-2020 season. Last season my team took 3rd in the SCVA Las Vegas Classic; and 5th in the GJNC in Indianapolis, IN. In high school, I played on the Varsity team my Sophomore, Junior and Senior year, and served as the team captain during the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Following the 2018 season, I was selected as the team MVP and San Andreas League MVP. Following the 2019 season, I was selected as the team MVP, San Andreas League MVP, All CIF and was the female recipient of the Ken Hubbs Award for Rim of the World High School. I have also received scholar athlete awards the past 4 years.
On the court, I am very coachable and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am always eager to fine tune my volleyball skills and have attended various clinics/lessons/camps in addition to my club and high school experience. I am one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
My goal beyond high school is to pursue a college which will fit my needs both academically and athletically. I plan to get a BS in Biology and then apply to medical school. My schooling is very important to me and I have consistently held a 4.0+ GPA, and am currently ranked 13 out of 198 students in my class. I have taken honors classes since 8th grade, and began taking AP classes in my Sophomore year.
I like to be challenged both academically and athletically, and I put my all into everything I do. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible.
Thank you for your consideration!
