I have been playing basketball since I was five years old, and I look forward to giving my all every time I step on the court. The basketball court is where I always want to be. I am committed to doing whatever is best for the team in order to get the win.

Basketball has prepared me for school and life. I have experienced pressure, adversity, pain, fatigue, brotherhood, and joy. I have learned how to work with others, compete, and be a reliable team player. Through basketball, I have become a leader. I work out every day. I push myself to be the best I can be. When times are tough, I’ve learned how to push through the challenge and deliver under pressure.

I pride myself on playing defense. As a starter my Junior year, I was my team’s defensive player of the year and I received All Western League Honorable Mention. I am determined to play at the collegiate level. I know it will be difficult, but I believe in myself. I know those around me will help me become a better person, both on and off the court.
