My name is Isaiha Palmer and I am 15 years old playing guard in the class of 2023. I have been playing basketball since I was 7 years old. Basketball is the first and only sport I have grown a true love for. I've never had any doubts that basketball was the right sport for me. Anytime I can get on the court or workout I feel free from all problems outside of basketball, it's where I go to have fun. The higher I get in the levels of basketball the more I enjoy it.
Being a guard I have a very high IQ of the game, and always had the ability to handle the ball and move around the court to get the ball to the right guy at the right time, but still be able to get my points when needed. Scoring wise I'm able to finish at the rim in tough positions, and take a lot of pride in my defense. My days mostly consist of me getting all of my schoolwork done making sure everything is ok then going to the gym to play basketball and lift. I have won many different tournaments for many different AAU teams throughout my life.
My goal is to play basketball at the highest level possible for me at a college where I can succeed in the classroom and the court, positively impacting myself and the college I attend. I want to become a role model to all around me.
Thank you.Isaiha Palmer
