Isaac Ramirez '21 Recruiting Profile

I was 12 years old when I first started taking basketball seriously. I tried out for the 7th grade basketball team in middle school and didn't make the first cut. It was at this moment I was determined more then ever to work harder and to improve my game.  After one year of hard work I achieved my goal of making the 8th grade basketball team. This experience was a major influence on who I am today and I realized how much I love the game of basketball.  Through basketball I've learned that nothing is handed to you and if there's something you want in life you will have to work for it. My academic goal is to graduate high school with a GPA of a 3.5 or higher and attend college to pursue a bachelor's degree.  My aspirations are to play college basketball and to keep basketball a part of my life forever.
