David Balogun '25 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to get into a college that will help me continue to improve my skills and experience by working with professionals and getting a team victory. In addition to that, I would also like to develop my leadership and organizational skills. This will help me achieve my ultimate goal of being a part of the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the future.

I love basketball and so passionate about it. I have been playing it since I was 8 years old. I have played for two different schools and two Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) groups, all of which led me to numerous MVP awards. My high school team, of which I am an integral part, once won the Small School Bridge League (SSBL) championship. I led my team in points, averaging  15.9 rebounds a game, and averaging 1.3 blocked shots. Nevertheless, I am a team player and respect all other players.

Academically I have maintained a 4.0 GPA since 1st Grade and have been an honor roll student and always in the principal honor roll as well. In all these, I remain composed, humble, and appreciative of God’s help.
