Throughout my ongoing journey in basketball I have always stressed that I'm not making it anywhere if I am not willing to work hard. I live by it and have always stayed true to it, I was never considered "that guy," but I pride myself on being very humble, my work ethic, and my ability to accomplish the little things, the difference-makers, the small details that win and lose games. I take charges, play defense, bring energy, I'm a leader, and a great teammate. Yes, I can score at will but I'd rather dive on that loose ball or get that assist.
Off the court I am locked-in in the classroom, I understand that without grades basketball is not going to get me anywhere so I keep the same energy when it comes to school. Throughout middle school and up till now I have been able to keep above a 3.7 GPA and I plan on bringing it up. All I want to do is make life as easy as possible for my parents, they have been my day one fans and they've done so much for me during this process.
I have aspirations of playing basketball at the next level while receiving a great education no matter the division or size of the school. I want to be in a great learning environment while being able to compete at a high level where I am able to become a better player.
