Riles Neff '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Riles Neff. I am a 6’2” 165 lbs high level point guard with Club Team -Build Up and Saint Bonaventure High School Varsity basketball(Venture,CA). Basketball has been my passion since I was 3 years old. I have consistently improved in my role as a team leader and have an exceptional court IQ and ability to incorporate every player on my team into the offense.  I have been the starting point guard on every club team that I have played on as well as my high school JV team as a freshman. As a sophomore I was the point guard and a combo guard on varsity and as a junior (at a new school due to relocating residence) I was a combo guard with high minutes. I am team captain and the starting point guard on my Varsity team this year.  My strongest asset is my ball handling and passing followed by my great shooting percentage. My college goals are to attend a very high level academic institution and play basketball as a collegiate athlete while earning my degree.  Academically I am #1 in my class with a 4.39 GPA. I am a dual sport athlete and was the only member of my HS track team that qualified and attended CIF Finals (800m).  I am a positive person and I like to create long lasting relationships both on and off the court.  I really enjoy the outdoors and hang-gliding along the coast.
