I’ve always loved playing basketball and I want to continue playing the game for as long as I can. I have high moral and ethical standards and care about everyone around me. Getting a 4.1 with Honors, AP, and IB classes in my first three years of high school has given me a confidence built through determination. I believe that transfers to the court. Taking rigorous classes has required me to work my hardest to be able to perform in those classes intense and stressful environments. Working hard in school teaches me to work hard in basketball and vise versa.
The qualities of working hard and determination also teach me to work hard for the other people in my life that I care about. If I know the people around me need help, I am confident that I can serve them and provide support through commitment and determination. I know I can bring that same drive to a college basketball program, collegiate academics, career, and personal relationships.
I will always work hard on and off the court.
